HomeAid® connects vetted local nonprofits serving those experiencing or at risk of homelessness with building experts who generously donate their time, resources, and expertise to create dignified, safe, and stable spaces that foster healing and growth. We also host events and activities that supplement the work of our nonprofit partners.
HomeAid National Capital Region builds and maintains housing and programmatic facilities for nonprofit organizations and public institutions serving those experiencing homelessness by leveraging our relationships within the building industry to garner in-kind donations of labor and materials.
HomeAid National Capital Region recognizes how challenging it can be for families and individuals to provide for their most basic needs during times of crisis and transition.
We work to provide dignity and restore hope through our Community Engagement programs. These programs and basic necessity drives allow for the opportunity to provide additional resources to assist those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
If your organization serves individuals or families affected by homelessness and has housing or program space that is in need of extensive renovations or you have a bigger construction vision for the future, HomeAid can help!
